Fishing planet best xp farm 20229/18/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() It's more about knowing the best fish to target for each lake. Just to make it clear my strategy is kinda abusing the foward skip, start at 900pm cast out 4 heavy bottoms, catch 2-3 sturgeon, jump on my boat so I dont have to reel in my extra lines, hop back on shore skip 2 hours, repeat. Level 60 does seem high to get in a short time, the biggest advantage for getting DLC would be the bigger keep nets, but once you unlock them you should find it easy and no need to spend anything. Again unless I'm missing something point it out, or is this the most efficient way? Unless I'm missing something I figured you can constantly get xp with no waiting around for bites etc, I know you get way more xp and cash for unique carp and such but there's the cooldown timer that messes that strategy up. Instead of showing kgs - which is pretty pointless - would have been much better to have replaced this with XP, and perhaps a one line to show Kg range that you can expect (so people know size of fishnet required). They have a cash value of 170 / KG (pike) and 150 / KG. On a sunny day, go for northern pike and chain pickerel. ![]() But they are quite rare, and only bite on shitty weather (NY: Rainy 5am - 1pm, and little bit in the evening / Cloudy from 5pm - 9pm mainly). Call me crazy but after testing stuff out I feel like sturgeon at cali is still the best way to go(I just got to 55 so no south america yet). Great guide if you are farming money, but it has a major issue in that you haven't provided any XP detail. Well, moneywise Walleye (with a cash value of 190 per KG) is one of the best fish there is. So after watching videos and reading guides for the best spot to grind, I've been wondering how fish respawn time and hourly catch limits work in different places. ![]()
